Expertise should be in the field of optical lithography simulation, optical proximity correction, phase shift mask design (PSM) and interconnect parasitic extraction. Compensation will be commensurate to experiences. Experience in IC layout tool development is a plus. Electrical engineering and computer science (EECS) graduates are in welcome.
